Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. There is only one time allowed to reschedule. The second time will require a new deposit. Arriving over 10 minutes later than the scheduled appointment, the client will have to reschedule, and the initial deposit will be lost. No call/show will result in 100% for the service fee. If the credit card is removed to avoid fees. The client will be denied any future appointments.
